Azimut Hostel privacy policy
1. Who processes your data
Azimut Hostel, 174B Nazarbayev Avenue, Almaty. For any questions about personal data, write to azimuthostel07@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you send a booking request: your first and last name, phone, email, country, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, the room you chose and your comment. To protect the form from spam, we briefly take into account the IP address the request came from.
3. Why
Only to process your request, contact you and prepare your stay. We do not sell your data or send marketing without your consent.
4. Who receives it
Requests reach hostel staff via Telegram and/or email, using the Telegram and Resend services. The Google map on this site loads only after you click it, and Google's terms then apply.
5. Your browser
The site does not use tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a note that you dismissed the language suggestion.
6. How long we keep it
No longer than needed for your booking and stay, and no longer than required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to azimuthostel07@gmail.com.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection".
